Capture your journey from pregnancy to newborn with two thoughtfully guided sessions. Your maternity session takes place at a location of your choice, perfectly styled and hand-edited to highlight your glow. The newborn session is captured in the comfort of your home or a studio, with wrapped, lifestyle, or both options. Each gallery is carefully curated to showcase your best light, colors, and personality.
Best for: Parents who want the complete bump-to-baby story, with multiple looks and a fully curated gallery.
Wildflower Newborn Experience
$850 + tax | 1 session | in-home or studio | 60+ hand-edited images
An elevated newborn experience featuring one session with both wrapped and lifestyle options. The session takes place in the comfort of your home or a studio, and every image is hand-edited to create a polished, timeless gallery.
Best for: Parents who want a detailed, single-session newborn gallery with variety in style and poses.
Meadow Newborn Experience
$550 + tax | 1 session | in-home or studio | 30+ hand-edited images
A relaxed, single-session newborn experience. Choose either wrapped or lifestyle, captured in your home or a studio. The wrapped option includes 3–4 setups, baby only, while the lifestyle option focuses on family interactions and capturing baby details. Each image is hand-edited to preserve these early moments beautifully.
Best for: Parents who want a simple, meaningful newborn session with timeless images.
Petite Newborn Experience
$325 + tax | 1 session | in-home or studio | 10+ hand-edited images
A quick, charming newborn session designed for parents who want a small, focused gallery. Includes 1–2 setups and is exclusively baby-focused, captured in-home or in the studio. All images are hand-edited to create a polished, timeless keepsake.

Where is Vannah Lee Photography based?
I am based in the hill country near Lago Vista and Austin, TX, but love to travel all over! Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
How long is each experience?
While every experience unfolds naturally and is guided by your story, here are the average times clients spend during each:
Petite Milestone Experience: 15-20 minutes - a sweet, focused moment.
Petite Newborn Experience: 45 minutes to an hour long - while this is a short & sweet newborn experience it is baby-led so timing varies baby to baby.
Meadow Newborn Experience: 1.5-2 hours - enough time to capture relaxed, natural portraits or wrapped & posed newborn sets.
Wildflower Experience: 2-3 Hours - one session with enough time to capture your family while also capturing your newest addition solo.
Mariposa Bump to Baby Experience: Maternity 45 minutes to an hour & Newborn 2-3 Hours - capturing your journey from pregnancy to the newest addition to your family.
Each experience has an estimated timeframe, but I don’t strictly limit your time. Your experience will always flow naturally.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
In the week leading up to your session, I’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather to make sure everything looks good for the day of. If it looks like we’re in for less-than-ideal conditions, I’ll reach out as soon as possible so we can come up with a game plan together. That might mean adjusting the time, switching locations, or rescheduling if our calendars allow.
At what time do you typically schedule experiences?
For newborn experiences, sessions are typically photographed in the early morning or afternoon within the first two weeks after birth. I recommend scheduling within the first month if possible, as this allows for those soft, wrapped and relaxed poses. After the one-month mark, babies tend to have longer awake windows and more movement, which can make certain poses less safe or achievable. I’m always happy to photograph newborns at any stage, but like to set expectations so we can create the best experience possible.
For maternity and milestone experiences, I typically photograph 2-3 hours before sunset, when the light is soft, warm, and dreamy. I also offer sunrise experiences, which I absolutely love. The light is truly stunning.
I only schedule one experience in the morning and one in the afternoon, ensuring your time is completely exclusive. This allows me to give you my full attention and create a personalized, relaxed experience centered around your story.
How far in advance should I book my experience?
I recommend booking your experience as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. Most clients book 3-6 weeks in advance, while weekend and sunset dates tend to fill even sooner.
For maternity and newborn experiences, reserving your date early allows us to plan around the best timing, light, and your overall vision. Creating a more intentional and relaxed experience from start to finish.
Is studio rental included in the experience fee?
For the Mariposa Experience, studio rental is included if you choose a studio setting - up to 2 hours at The Lumen Room (Leander or Austin) or The Spot Studio in Austin. This allows for a beautiful, controlled environment where we can style, settle in, and let your experience unfold naturally.
All other experiences are typically photographed on location or in-home, depending on your vision. If you prefer a studio setting for Petite, Meadow, or Wildflower experiences, studio rental can be added at $75-$100 per hour, depending on the space. While The Lumen Room and The Spot Studio are my preferred studios, I’m always open to other locations that align with your vision.
Whether your experience takes place in-home, in-studio, or outdoors, it is always guided with intention and designed to tell your story in a way that feels natural and true to you.
Gallery Delivery & Privacy
Your online gallery will be delivered via email within 3 weeks, though often sooner depending on the season. Each image is carefully hand-edited to highlight the best light, colors, and details, making your gallery truly unique.
Your images are yours, and I completely respect your privacy. While I love sharing my work, I understand that not every story is meant for social media. Simply let me know if you’d like your gallery to remain private, and it will stay just for you.
Where should I print my Photos?
You can order high-quality prints, canvases, invitations, and more through your gallery from the professional lab I use.
Below are my recommendations for the best printing labs for prints, canvas, invitations, and more. You do not have to use these but if you’re wanting a less expensive option to the professional lab I use through the gallery store these are the best labs I’ve found. The only printers I do not recommend using are CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart’s quick prints setup as their printers are made to print photos quickly but quality wise they do not accurately print the photos.

Do you require a non-refundable retainer?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your experience, with the remaining balance due the day before your session. If weather or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, your retainer will be applied to your new date.
Please note: If a client arrives late (20 min+) or misses their scheduled experience without prior notice, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply. Emergency circumstances are always understandable and will be handled at the photographer’s discretion to ensure fairness and flexibility. This helps protect your reserved time while still honoring unexpected situations.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment options with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules, so you can invest in your experience in a way that feels effortless and comfortable. I also offer Affirm payment plans through QuickBooks for even more flexibility, making it easy to bring your vision to life without stress.
If a payment is missed or scheduled for after your experience date, your gallery will be placed on hold. Your gallery is added to my editing queue after the final payment is made and delivered within the timeline stated in your contract.
