Senior & Grad Session Packages
Every senior is different so I’ve got three packages to pick from. The basic session package is my most popular package for senior boys. For senior girls it depends on what they're wanting out of their session. Most senior girls book the modern or chic session packages. I do have a handful that will pick the basic for a chill/simple session. I recommend looking at whats included in each one and then picking the package that best fits your senior. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due on the signing of your session contract to exclusively reserve Vannah Lee Photography's services for the agreed upon session date (or dates).

Before
If you are interested in booking a session, shoot me an email at vannahleephotography@gmail.com. We will discuss all the specifics of what you’re looking for with your photo session. This will give me the opportunity to learn more about you and what your personality and style are. I want every photo to capture who you really are at this moment in your life. Some things we will solidify are what type of photos you’d like, what location you are interested in when is the best time for your photos, and which pricing package you would like. I’ll compile all this information in a convenient email that will include a contract, the information we discussed, and a guide for what you need on the day of your photo session.
During
Photo sessions can range from one to four hours. Sometimes they will be spread out on different dates depending on the package you select. We will meet at the location you have selected at the scheduled time, go over any special photo requests or needs you have, and then start taking your portraits. We will do a ton of different poses, and backgrounds, and walk around the location to find new perspectives and anything that catches our eyes. I love to hear any ideas you have during the session whether it be posing, props, or something you would like to recreate. At the end of the session, I’ll answer any questions you have, and then we should be finished.
After
As soon as the session is over, I transfer your photos onto my computer and begin editing. It can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to edit and prepare your gallery. Once your photos are ready to be viewed, I will send you an email with your gallery link and a price sheet for additional Digitals, Prints, and Products. All packages come with a specified amount of digital images. If you would like to purchase more than the specified amount there will be Digitals pricing on the price sheet I send out.
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based near Lago Vista and Austin, TX, but love to travel all over! Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How long are senior sessions?
Senior sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour depending on the type of session/package you book. It is very important to show up at the scheduled time of your session to ensure the lighting is good the entire session. If there are multiple sessions the length of time may vary from session to session.
How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on the session package you choose. I have three senior portrait session packages. The Basic portrait session includes 30 images, the Modern portrait session includes 40 images, and the Chic portrait session includes 50 images. You will also receive a black and white copy of the images you choose.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1.5-2 weeks via email (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your session). The gallery will be watermarked until you have chosen your favorites. Once you've chosen your favorites they will be available for download within the gallery in a Ready to Download set.
Where can I print my photos?
You can order high-quality prints, canvases, invitations, and more through your gallery from the professional lab I use.
Below are my recommendations for the best printing labs for prints, canvas, invitations, and more. You do not have to use these but if you’re wanting a less expensive option to the professional lab I use through the gallery store these are the best labs I’ve found. The only printers I do not recommend using are CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart’s quick prints setup as their printers are made to print photos quickly but quality wise they do not accurately print the photos.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
Needing to reschedule due to an emergency or nasty weather is completely understandable. Just please reach out as soon as possible.
The retainer allows 1 reschedule date. If there is another reschedule date needed due to you not showing up on time or forgetting about the rescheduled session date there will be a $50 + tax rescheduling fee. Reminders are sent via email for sessions and I will reach out with the address for the session location the day before or of the session.
