Individual Banners
Individual Stadium & Gym Banner sessions are designed to create a bold, professional image that represents your athlete all season long. During each session, athletes will be photographed in 1-2 poses, and the final banner image will be selected on the day of the shoot to keep the process quick and efficient. Individual Banners are only available for Varsity teams.
The banner session includes the image used for the 2ft x 3ft stadium or gym banner, which is included in the cost. Additional individual digital images on the seamless white background will be available for purchase through the team gallery.
Varsity teams also have the option to add a custom digital team composite for $50, featuring the entire team in a professionally designed graphic that matches the banner design for a cohesive, collegiate-inspired look.

Studio Style Media Day
Give your athletes a media day experience inspired by collegiate and professional teams. Studio Style Team Media Day sessions are photographed on a seamless white, blue, or yellow backdrop using dramatic studio lighting to create clean, bold images with a modern editorial feel. Each session includes individual athlete portraits, a full team photo, and small group photos such as seniors, captains, or position groups. These images are perfect for social media, team promotions, banners, recruiting, and season graphics while giving your program a polished, professional look.

Outdoor, Field, or Gym Media Day
Showcase your team where they compete. Outdoor, Field & Gym Team Media Day sessions are available on location at your school, athletic facility, or in your hometown, whether that's the football field, basketball court, baseball field, softball field, volleyball court, or gym. These sessions highlight the energy and personality of your program while creating images that feel authentic to your team.
Each session includes individual athlete portraits, a full team photo, and small group photos such as seniors, captains, or position groups. With a mix of classic portraits and dynamic action-inspired poses, your team will receive a gallery that's perfect for social media, recruiting, team promotions, banners, and celebrating the season.

Stadium & Gym Banner Photoshoot Information
- Stadium & Gym Banner Photoshoots should be scheduled in place of practice or on a separate day to allow enough time for each athlete.
- Please plan for approximately 1.5-2 hours for the photoshoot, not including photographer setup and teardown. Session length may vary based on team size.
- Each athlete will be photographed in 1–2 poses (including multiple angles if needed). One pose will be a portrait that clearly shows the athlete's face.
- Each athlete will choose their final banner image on the day of the photoshoot to keep the session running efficiently.
- Athletes should arrive in full uniform with all equipment needed for photos. Props are highly encouraged!
- Coaches, please let athletes know what the banner shoot is for and how the images will be used before photo day.
- A photoshoot information flyer with the session details, payment information, and important reminders will be sent to coaches to share with their athletes and families before photo day.
- For everyone's safety, the photographer reserves the right to decline any pose or prop.
- One online gallery containing all banner images will be delivered to the coach to share with families. Additional digital images will be available for purchase through the gallery.
- Banners are not printed until the athlete, their parent/guardian, or Coach has approved the spelling of their name. For communication purposes I will be creating contact information forms to send out before each shoot.
- Turnaround is at a minimum 1-2 weeks for digital images and the 2ft x 3ft banners will only be printed once approved. Vistago turnaround times vary but most orders print within 3-7 business days depending on how busy they are at the time the images are submitted for printing.
Payment Options
Teams have two payment options available for Stadium & Gym Banner Photoshoots:
School/Team Payment: The school, booster club, or team organization may cover the cost of the session and handle payment for all participating athletes.
Individual Athlete Payment: Athletes and families may pay individually by cash or check on the day of the photoshoot or through the online booking/payment system. Invoices will be sent after the banner photoshoot. Please note that images will not be edited, created, or included in the final gallery for athletes who have not completed payment.
Individual athlete payment is not available for team media day sessions. Team media days must be paid for by the school, booster club, or team organization.
