Branding Session - Starting at $500
Includes:
- Customized shooting plan
- Mood board + pre-shoot shot list
- Up to 3 hours of shooting time
- Up to three locations (Travel not included)
- Online gallery with all retouched images in High Resolution
Basic Product Session - Starting at $400
Includes:
- Customized shooting plan
- Mood board + pre-shoot shot list
- 1-2 hours of shooting time
- One location
- Online gallery with all retouched images in High Resolution
Content Session - Starting at $400
Includes:
- Customized shooting plan
- Mood board + pre-shoot shot list
- One hour of shooting time
- Up to two locations (within 35 minutes of each other)
- Online gallery with all retouched images in High Resolution
Session Add Ons
- Gallery upgrade is available at $10 per image or $175 for all images
- Rush editing available (48 hours) - $125
- Studio Rental - Fee starting at $85/hour. Fee may vary depending on length of time and studio you would like to use.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due on the signing of your session contract to exclusively reserve Vannah Lee Photography's services for the agreed upon session date (or dates).
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based near Lago Vista and Austin, TX, but love to travel all over! Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour depending on the type of session/package you book. It is very important to show up at the scheduled time of your session to ensure the lighting is good the entire session. If there are multiple sessions the length of time may vary from session to session.
How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on the session package you choose. I have three senior portrait session packages. The Basic portrait session includes 30 images, the Modern portrait session includes 40 images, and the Chic portrait session includes 50 images. You will also receive a black and white copy of the images you choose.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1.5-2 weeks via email (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your session). The gallery will be watermarked until you have chosen your favorites. Once you've chosen your favorites they will be available for download within the gallery in a Ready to Download set.
Where can I print my photos?
You can order high-quality prints, canvases, invitations, and more through your gallery from the professional lab I use.
Below are my recommendations for the best printing labs for prints, canvas, invitations, and more. You do not have to use these but if you’re wanting a less expensive option to the professional lab I use through the gallery store these are the best labs I’ve found. The only printers I do not recommend using are CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart’s quick prints setup as their printers are made to print photos quickly but quality wise they do not accurately print the photos.

Is there a cancellation or rescheduling fee?
Needing to reschedule due to an emergency or nasty weather is completely understandable. Just please reach out as soon as possible.
The retainer allows 1 reschedule date. If there is another reschedule date needed due to you not showing up on time or forgetting about the rescheduled session date there will be a $50 + tax rescheduling fee. Reminders are sent via email for sessions and I will reach out with the address for the session location the day before or of the session.
